Rone. Fresh as #instagram gets.

Nothing to do with cycling - everything to do with inspiration. Just after watching Roubaix I headed straight for the nastiest alley I could find. Post Masters I'd always want to smash balls over the Orange Juice factory and wait for the PING as the balls smashed on the factory roof. Saturdays afternoons after watching NBA highlights for the week I'd shoot hoops.

This is for those who love to stick their tongue out too.
