It's good to be back....
CHOP SHOP.
My little brother, Alastair White can now add a few more titles to his mantle after a string of BODY BUILDING COMPETITION wins in the last two weeks. All the suffering (eating chicken and steamed cauliflower) has paid off. Alastair won a flight to Austria to compete at his second Mr. Olympia.
In between personal training, managing Doherty's city, and training of his own he also restores bikes. Some classic, some plastic.

You can add 'TRAINS AT DOHERTY's' to this guy's wikipedia.

Indigestion.
Next post. Girello!

The Leveler.
This is classic. It's easy to get caught up in restoring and pimping bikes - but it often leaves less time to ride em.

Reminds me of the Alleycat I rode on a ladies bike - and won.
Thanks Pasha.
What you missed this morning
The competition is nearly over, and it appears that like our great sport of cycling, some of the entrants have been found guilty of cheating. Results are back from control and two of the main contenders tested positive for CAMERA DOPING.
This heavy news has been outweighed by allegations of BCC use (browser cache clearing) by colleagues of others contenders.
Cheating aside, I'd be lying if I hadn't taken short cuts through life on occasion. Here is one short cut I took.
Dogs of Tokyo.
Like most of the things in Japan, size is a premium. Dogs included.
A Sunday in Hell.
Two classics from the 70's - waiting for a new home.
Eddy Merckx Molteni. 54/53cm.
A rose by any other name.
Wouldn't be as sweet as this Campagnolo tool set.
