The Plycycle #RoobaixRide

Two good!

Approaching Yarrenberg

If you want your official Melburn Roobaix tee in your hot little hands before Friday - make your move now or you'll be stuck waiting like Tommeke waiting for the train to pass.

If you liked last years, the 2012 edition are a notch nicer featuring DRY-release cotton which in laymans terms means it takes longer to work up a stink in them than standard cotton.

You can get yours HERE from Creux (pron: Crew) for $39 which even includes shipping within Australia.  Aaaah-mazement!

Now available in a cut for ladies.

The Plycycle

What started out as a bet has now come to life.  Although not completely.  Part of the bet that 'you couldn't build a bike from ply' is that it has to be rideable.

What better place to test its construction than the cobbles of Melburn Roobaix.

SV is an engineer, a Masters Track Pursuit World Champion and not a photographer.  I asked him if he'd documented the process and this is what he sent.
