HOLD that thought

A long way to go to come second.

Standards.

It's just a 'standard' but some standards are better than others.

S'uber commuter snaps.

On the way to work - The Westgarth shop renovations reveal the birthplace of the Northcote Cycling Club / Not crap / Locked up.

Said g'morning to The Lord, this was on the wall. The explanation behind this photo is nearly as funny. 'This is my bike before it broke' - yours sincerely, David Campese..

What A Little Champ!

This is my little brother, Alastair White - WFF BODY BUILDING WORLD CHAMPION.

While Al is away he is also doing a pilgrimage. He is visiting Thal, a small village in Austria - the birthplace of Arnold Schwarzenneger. Arnold walked 2km each day from home, to the local gym where he trained, and home again. That's exactly what Al is going to do, and probably enjoy a lot of chocolate on the plane back home.

Handlebars all next month.

For a good cause.

Lunchtime.

The best weather days can be painfully slow on the road. Everyone having long lunches and enjoying the start of spring means couriers also basking in the sun like lizards - waiting for dispatch to call. Silhouettes, sunnies and sharp dressin'.

Pewter.

Eleanor (67' Shelby Mustang) in pewter.

Roberts 59cm Columbus Max in pewter. Even better in the flesh if you can believe it.

Someone say cake?

Next Indigestion is nearly done - this was tonights dessert. The classic (layered) chocolate cake. Like Eleanor she was gone in 60 seconds.

Loving this mural almost as much as my Sunday/sunny day Somec. It's not the tubes that make the bike special. It's the paint, chrome, the discreet details - and the spokes splashing light in my eyes.

Pantographed.

Just one of the details I love and ways to bling out your classic bike is pantographed components - and I'm not alone.
