If you want to GO faster *EDIT*
Friday night all the bikes were out to tackle the Burn City Scavenger Hunt.
Slick gets it's all on film, and Ron's shows us his cicli inspired tattoo by none other than Turbo.
It should be noted that our intention to ride LADIES bike below was partly because this stream of racing is dangerous, racing on the road is dangerous enough, and racing with a heap of unknowns is the final splash in a deadly cocktail.
Our hearts go out to the deceased, and especially to the driver who will have to live with that the rest of their lives for doing the RIGHT thing.
Here's our alleycat secret weapon.
We have Harry at V-line to thank for us not winning the BCSH, but we did come in first... by a mere 5 minutes on this rig below.
The GOve.
How about the bent seat tube, twisted head to accomodate the greater flow of air over the bike!
Ultra slack steering and prevalent rust belies a pure racing heart. It is RED afterall.
We modified it as it not drilled for brakes, but drilled for a front fender which we removed, along with the chainguard.
Dont let that rusty chain, or the beefy cotter pin 135mm cromo cranks fool you. While it accelarates poorly, it also stops poorly. Just what you need for street racin!
Safety first, with tail and wheel reflectors.
Grips made where all the good carbon frames are born - Taiwan.
Proof that if you want to go faster - PEDAL FASTER!
