Australian Schools Cup 2008
Back in my day, they didn't have the Australian Schools Cup. They did have the School Golf Champs at Royal Melbourne though, and besides playing a shabby 18 holes, the highlight was definitely hitting a 5 iron to within 5 feet on 16.

Back to a REAL sport, that requires you to break a sweat...

The Australian Schools Cup is a fantastic event with the emphasis placed on teams and working together rather than individuals. Only team prizes are awarded, and riders between the ages of 13-17 all battled the Kew boulevard in perfect conditions.

Everyone was definitely a winner - but some of the local tracks riders excelled on the day.



Oh, and Phil Anderson, who still looks in good enough shape to ride this years Tour - is missing his laptop after it was procured from his vehicle via a broken window.
